Ahmed’s Creations with Meta
Last updated: March 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the Facebook Page Ahmed’s Creations with Meta (“Page”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The Page is a personal/creator page operated by an individual digital creator who shares videos and content recorded with Meta smart glasses (Ray-Ban Meta).

  1. Important clarification – Facebook (Meta) and the Page operator are separate controllers
Facebook Ireland Limited (or Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) operates the Facebook platform and is responsible for most data processing that occurs on Facebook, including what you post, like, comment, share, your profile information, messaging, advertisements shown to you, and Page Insights metrics.
The full Meta Privacy Policy applies to all activity on Facebook and can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
We (the Page operator) are an independent controller only for the limited personal data we may process ourselves. We act as joint controller together with Meta solely for the processing of personal data used to provide Page Insights (aggregated audience statistics such as reach, engagement, follower demographics, etc.).
  2. Information we collect and process
We collect and process very limited personal information directly:
Publicly visible interactions with the Page, such as:
    Comments you leave on posts
    Reactions (like, love, etc.)
    Shares of our content
Messages you send us via Facebook Messenger (if you initiate contact)
If you apply for any future collaboration, giveaway entry, or direct inquiry and voluntarily provide contact details (email, name, Instagram handle, etc.), we will process only the information you choose to send.
    We do not:
Collect email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct contact information through the Page unless you voluntarily provide them in a message or comment.
Run paid advertisements, lead forms, contests requiring personal data, or any data-collection widgets.
Use third-party analytics tools outside of Facebook.
Sell, rent, or trade any personal information.
  3. Page Insights (joint controllership with Meta)
Like most Facebook Pages, we can view Page Insights — anonymized and aggregated statistics about how people interact with the Page (e.g., number of views, likes, reach by country/age group, peak activity times).
For this limited purpose we are joint controllers with Meta Ireland Limited.
Meta provides more information about Page Insights joint controllership and your rights here:
    https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum
Our legal basis for this joint processing is our legitimate interest in understanding how content performs so we can create better videos for our audience.
  4. How we use your information
We use the limited information we receive only to:
Respond to your comments and messages
Improve the content we create and share
Operate and manage the Page in a normal creator capacity
We do not use your personal information for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose unrelated to running this content-sharing Page.
  5. Sharing of your information
We do not share, sell, disclose or transfer your personal data to any third parties except:
As required by law (court order, legal obligation)
To protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others (e.g. reporting abuse or spam to Facebook)
In the extremely unlikely event of a sale or transfer of the entire Page (in which case we would notify affected users if feasible)
Facebook itself may share data according to its own Privacy Policy (linked above).
  6. Data retention
Public comments, reactions and posts remain visible according to your own Facebook privacy settings and Facebook’s retention rules.
Direct messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for a short reasonable period afterward (usually up to 12 months), unless you request deletion earlier.
We do not maintain separate databases of personal information.
  7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have data protection rights (e.g. under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, etc.), including the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data that we control.
Because our processing is very minimal, the easiest way to exercise most rights is directly through your Facebook settings:
    Delete comments/messages you posted
Restrict who can see your interactions
    Block the Page if desired
If you wish to exercise any rights specifically toward the data we control (very limited), contact us at the details below. We will respond within the legally required timeframe (usually one month under GDPR).
  8. International data transfers
As the Facebook platform is global, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence (including the United States). Meta applies safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. We do not make additional transfers ourselves.
  9. Children’s privacy
This Page is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
  10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to check back periodically.
  11. Contact us
For any questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please send a private message directly to the Page.

We do not provide a separate email address for privacy inquiries to keep communication within the Facebook platform.
Thank you for following Ahmed’s Creations with Meta!
